Tim Hortons - PERTH-ANDOVER

On December 27th, 2023, at 1 PM, we decided to make a quick stop at this Tim Hortons to grab a bite and fill up our gas tank, with an Irving station conveniently located right next door. The restrooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, serving us with genuine smiles. The sandwich we ordered was well-prepared, especially compared to some we’ve had in Toronto. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. I only wish I had ordered a second sandwich! A big shout-out to the owner/manager and, most importantly, to the staff who served us. We will definitely plan to stop here on our next trip. Happy Holidays!

The power was out all night and finally returned at 4 a.m. I arrived at the restaurant at 5, but the staff didn't come out until 5:35 to inform us that they wouldn't be opening for another hour. At 6:45, I saw people using the drive-thru, so I walked up to the window to ask about it. To my surprise, a woman there almost ran me over! She actually hit my foot, but luckily I was wearing steel-toed boots! Clearly, she was in desperate need of her coffee! This was my last visit to that place!

This location appears to be severely understaffed, as I've noticed many customers leaving in frustration due to the long wait times. There was only one employee handling both the front counter and preparing drinks simultaneously. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common trend at Tim Hortons lately!

They are so understaffed, but in a small town, it is hard to find people who will work. Be patient. They are busy here in the morning, and they do the best they can.
