Sciortino's Pizza - Perth Amboy

I was very disappointed with the size of the cake, especially considering its high price. It was only 14 inches in size.

The pizza at this restaurant is awful. It tastes like a pre-cooked cake with a sweet sauce that none of the 8 people who tried it liked. We all agreed that we would never make the mistake of ordering it again. I ordered 5 pizzas, 2 of which had chicken on them, and it seemed like the chicken was just thrown on top haphazardly. The pizzas were expensive for their size and did not live up to their name of being "big cakes." It was the worst $95.00 I have ever spent on pizza. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered food from this restaurant, but the girl taking my order could not get it right. I had to repeat it three times. When I picked up the order with two friends, we all checked it and it seemed correct. However, when I got home, I realized that two dinners were missing. When I called the restaurant, they offered me a gift certificate as compensation, but then they had trouble processing a refund to my credit card. In the end, they did not offer any real solution or compensation for the inconvenience. The customer service was poor and the quality of the food has declined. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious pizza, has a sweet traditional Italian sauce. BARSTOOL PIZZA WAS WRONG on his grading!...........I give it 9 only because if the pizza was made the original way (it was charcoal fired pizza) it would be a 10, but still tasty.............I had a plain cheese with onions. The onions taste great with this type of pizza. Delicioso?

Today 10/06/21 1:15pm, worst person taking orders. I leave the date and time so if the owners were to read this, they will know exactly who the person was answering the phone and taking orders on this day. Rude doesn’t begin to cover it. She sounded like this was a chore and bothersome to have to do her job. Shame because the young man who usually takes the phone orders is so nice; a total 180. Been a great customer of them since the original Scorintino’s. Won’t order from there until either she is retrained or doesn’t answer the phone at all. But if you are looking for great pizza this is your place.
