The Sunflower Bake Shop - Perth

There's just always something about finding cute little bake shops for me, and this one is my go too while I'm up at my cottage.

What a beautiful little place! If I had to describe it, it's like a charming older home that they have converted into a bakery/serve yourself restaurant.

Great spot for fresh food! Terrific salad bar, sold by weight which is great for all appetites.

We have always been huge fans of the Sunflower Bake Shop. My wife and sister always request the carrot cake for their birthdays. So, when it was time to choose a cake for our small, intimate wedding, the Sunflower Bake Shop was our first choice. We decided on the lemon mousse cake as it was the perfect summer flavor for our July wedding. Even though we didn't mention that it was for our wedding, the cake was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all of our guests. We highly recommend the Sunflower Bake Shop and look forward to having the lemon mousse cake again for future anniversaries!

The small patio next to the river is delightful. The coffee is good and the baked goods are excellent. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
