I've noticed this before when I've gone into the restaurant to pick up my food and the phone was ringing, but no one answered. It seems like they simply ignore calls when they're busy. I wonder if the owner is aware of this issue.
I had a positive first experience with the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, my subsequent visits have been disappointing. There have been multiple occasions where my order was incorrect or missing items. Most recently, my order arrived an hour late on a weekend. When I called after 45 minutes to inquire about the delay, the manager was rude and dismissive, claiming it was a glitch and that the delivery driver had already left with my order before hanging up. This kind of subpar service and mediocre food is not uncommon for Pizza Hut. My friends and I were unimpressed with the thin, dry pizza which tasted like cardboard to them, while I found it to be a disappointment and waste of money. About half of my orders end up in the garbage now, and I doubt I will be ordering from them again.
Here on a Friday night with three grandchildren ages 8,8 10. Have been going here regularly over 20 years but never again! After waiting an hour for the delivery of their kids pizza and suffering the kids ' increased agitation as the hour went on, and asking about when the pizzas might might arrive....the answer was I have no idea...we are very busy and we only have one oven . When I finally got to speak to the manager it was much the same story..... What are the chances I will get the pizzas in the next 3 minutes? About zero he replied. No Sorry No turning away other unsuspecting customers who had better things to do on a Friday night. No restaurant should take an hour to deliver a kids meal...whatever the excuse! Never going back there again!
I attend a trade show every spring in Perth, and the Friday evening is set-up time, so a sit-down meal is not in the cards. So our usual Friday night meal is a take-out pizza from Pizza Hut. Always excellent pizza! But last year their hours, on a Friday evening, were quite short and we almost missed them.
We ordered in a panormous pizza after a hard day of yard work to reward the kids for their help. The pizza was as expected, good, but nothing special. Pizza is always a matter of preference and I find Pizza Hut is a bit too bready, but otherwise good. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the pizza, as it was easily finished, but hey, one eater was a teen :
