Very disappointed in our service our food!!!! Will never patronize this place again! Our soda was warm with no carbonation. We told the waitress her response was, we don’t know what’s wrong with it. Do you want water? Our orders were totally wrong honestly we were afraid to say anything to the person who served them..she was rude, no eye contact did not greet us or smile once! The whole experience was awful we were there with family for a back to school celebration. ? This was the Perrysburg location.

All pop was flat, no matter what kind, also very warm since the server didn’t put ice in it. 2 people requested chicken quesadilla and got plain cheese. Server told us price doesn’t change whether it’s Chx or cheese. Floor manager brought us our food and she was beyond rude, should not be working in customer service at all.

Generally a pretty good restaurant. Not the best Mexican food in the area but it is good and fairly priced. The staff are usually very friendly and fast but I have had one or two bad experiences in the past so it seems like it can be a bit hit or miss.

Hang down amazing! drinks, eat, price, waitress! back in any case!

Eating for soda was terrible that we told our server. she came back said we didn't know what was wrong with it. do you want water? 3 out of 5 chicken quesadillas we ordered. someone from the kitchen brought them out was quite rude! none of them had chickened on them, but we were charged the regular price. when we asked the server they said they are not all the same price. that was terrible! the server was nice, seemed to make the things better. who has delivered our meals must find a new call! her employment was terrible, terrible customer service! will not go back!
