Starbucks - Perrysburg

Sometimes I read negative reviews to remind myself how small our problems have become.

I ordered 2 protein boxes chicken and hummus online. My daughter went to get our order and they give her a pb&j box and a cheese n cracker box. Not what I wanted and not what I paid for. If it’s unavailable it shouldn’t have let me order it on the app. Freaking ridiculous. This is the worst Starbucks ever. I usually go to the one on Fremont pike but this one was closer to work. Never again.

How do I go three different times and always have the same issue? If you get a hot drink, they only fill the cup around the 3/4 full. Because I couldn't see thru the paper cup, I didn't realize until I was already at my destination. Extremely disappointed.

The blatant disregard for drink customizations is laughable. This is my third time in 3 days ordering a basic latte with oat milk only for it to be made with dairy milk.Please be aware that some of us have food allergies and intolerances that can really have a negative effect on our health if ignored.No one is trying to make your job harder. (though I don’t think reaching for the oat milk instead of the dairy milk is that hard) 0 stars earned Xx
