Jimmy John's - Perrysburg

I understand that there is still a pandemic, and that it is difficult to find people who work. but I find it completely unacceptable that my order lasted one and a half hours to come to me. I live 5 minutes on the road from the place I ordered, and yes I know I could have picked up the order myself, but I had a lot to do and had no time to go and get it, so I thought delivery would be okay. but an hour and a half is ridiculous. please do better update* I sent a complaint to the link that was given to this comment, and it is a week later and no answer. this place is absolutely müll. I'll never make business with this location again. the customer service is not available.

Seriously can't even reach someone calling the phone, let alone an order to levis commons, 3.4 miles away. the app says that it cannot be delivered here. you're closed if you shouldn't be open anymore to weeks. How do you expect you to understand?

Drive in the load at 4 seperate occasions. they were closed every time. every time before 8 o'clock. again 11/7/21 at 12:10 clock

Not being open at the weekend, makes you young a lot of money and customers lose. I often order party tablets for college and NFL football games and every time it jersey mike take my money over the street. I don't see any food restaurant that takes a long time to run from business hours/shadows.

I order jimmy johns quite frequently due to it being so close to work. These past 3 times, delivery is super slow. Last time the driver forgot my drink. Today they forgot my side of ranch WHICH I PAID FOR. Overall pretty ticked off I don’t even receive what I order.
