But with regard to an aperitif dinner, we have to examine the quantities...or the price!? Very expensive! Too expensive! The quantity is not (17 people planned but 20). Nothing remained even the dough on the cheese... much too limited for the budget involved (although, but still €18.80/pers). At this price, it seems to me that the quantity and quality can be found elsewhere. Too bad.

Quality of poor dishes. Service and follow-up in terms of caterers I'm still waiting for an answer! Perhaps for the ecratins, has it become easier to cash the Covid premiums than to work...
