Dom Miquel - Perpignan

Just behind the Palais des Congrès ,rue Claude Bernard, Michel Roger caterererer has been installed for many years, it is according to me the best perpignan catererer, be it on the caterererer or butchery... against his shop is open, since the end of 2012, a small very friendly restaurant ... a more than successful inauguration. I love this kitchen with wood fire when the product is not burned ...do not laugh, it has happened to me more than once ...it masters rather well its oven! His escalivade is a delight, just like his ankle, chosen by his butcher. Dessert house like the arm of Venus, my favorite after that of the new bodega... he sometimes treats with an excellent patissier, trained in the greats of Paris,karl jarrossay...son enters the lemon, a killing... a good time.
