L'alambic - Péron

This small restaurant is located by the road outside Peron, so takes some effort to find. The dining area is small and unpretentious, couple of tables outside serve as a terrace. The menu is short and offers two full menus for 25 or 30 euros. Food is definitely good value and service is very friendly, despite that one waitress had to serve the whole restaurant. Our filet de perches were small and boneless and perfectly cooked.

Very beautiful frame, excellent and refined cuisine ratio quality prices, fresh products. The bosses are very friendly.
