I go to this special dunkin almost every day and always get my order done right and quickly

This Dunkin' is really disappointing! The service is slow and disorganized. They clearly struggle to manage a busy drive-thru. I would rather drive to the Dunkin' in Souderton instead.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Every time I've visited, the donuts have been stale, and they always get my order wrong. This morning, I ordered three pumpkin iced lattes, which were supposed to come with whipped cream, but they didn’t. To make matters worse, the lady taking my order had limited English skills, so I had to repeat my order when I reached the window. Unfortunately, this Dunkin' Donuts is just down the road from my house, and I keep making the mistake of giving them more chances than they deserve.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to this Dunkin' Donuts for their amazing artistry and dedication. When you arrive in the basement, please ask for the "3.5 Star Wars." Thank you for the special drink! Please say hi to Sarah and Kayayahalaot for me. You really should visit this place! The music created such a pleasant atmosphere that I could almost feel it. The only downside was that I, as the customer, didn’t receive a tip. But overall, it was an unforgettable experience!
