Wow Wow Wow What a gold-plated treat in this humblest of settings. High in the hills inland from Ajaccio, the village auberge provides a gorgeous setting for a truly glorious unpretentious meal. Sunday lunch was an unexpected six- course feast of delights. No menu. No...English spoken. Just take a chance on really well cooked delicious local produce. A charming welcome preceded a complimentary aperitif. The banquet started with charcuterie, went on to beignets filled with brocciu and pastries filled with spinach, cannelloni, lamb with vegetables and potatoes, cheese, desserts (who would have though lemon meringue pie would appear here cheeses served self-service on a board, and coffee, washed down with a bottle of rose. I really am not doing justice to the hospitality extended to all diners, even a medical emergency did not fluster staff, the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the warm thanks for joining the family for lunch service. Madame even chased us down the drive as she had missed us leaving in order to shake hands and thank us. Mismatched cutlery, crockery, lack of menus, no English spoken, no labels on wine bottles nor choice they all add to the utter charm of Chez Seraphim. Not maybe for gourmands expecting flunkeys in attendance. I don't think they will worry. If the food and service is excellent presented with warmth and charm as it is at Chez Seraphim that will suit me just fine. Merci bien Mesdames superbe vraiment! Wow!

Great evening in this restaurant with a splendid view and a beautiful sunset, or we eat divinely well, in Seraphin a Peri. A unique menu that appears throughout the meal, reception and service is very user-friendly! All products are fresh and excellent... vegetable soup, zucchini flowers give a cloud in the mouth), stuffed vegetables or cannelloni, lamb jump with potato, salad and cooked zucchini with wood fire, cheese tray, succulent desserts and liqueur myth to finish this magical moment... I highly recommend this exceptional tasting place A 19-year-old return after and always as wonderful in the mouth...
