Restaurante Santa Clara - Pereira

We were looking for a restaurant to refill our power before not easy trek to Laguna Otun and we found a beautiful place with magnificent views of the mountains and Pereira. From the first moment we knew it was the right place. All employees were absolutely professional, they helped us choose food, recommend us some beautiful places around and after 10 minutes we were best friends and share our stories with their recommendations about Colombia and through the mouth of the cook that came to explain how from where our steak came and how he prepared and his experiences from all over the world. Favian stayed at us and with these two guys (Favian and Alonso-Koch) we spend beautiful and relaxed evening with the best steak in my life. Accompaniment with food is included salad buffet, where you will find all kinds of vegetables, fruit, sweet platanos, ceviche de mango,... todo. We had a second dinner there after arrival!

Brazilian Rodizio is a must. The staff is friendly and the dishes are generous and quite expensive. Visit this place on a Friday as it is safely packed every other day.

If you are looking for a place with a great view and possibly the best steaks and typical food (Ajiaco) in the region, this is! I was at least 5 times to Santa Clara and tried everything from fish to Ajiaco to Rodizio and Everthing was delicious.
