Wahoo Seafood Restaurant and Take-away

We stop by for lunch and I have to be honest, it was so bad that we had to throw all our lunch away, I've ordered the $33 deal which is 2 fish and chips and 4 calamari..the fish and the chips were overdone and dry..taste like frozen fish and been overdone, the chips were also so salty and tasteless, I hope the manager read this so they can improved the food qualities, I hope they can taste it before giving it out to customer.

Not enough good seafood places in Noosa but based on our meal and experience this place is not the one. chips soggy, fish overcooked. burger was small. Overall not convinced.

The Coffin Bay oysters natural and Fish cakes really hit the spot. My friend had Calamari and it was delicious. Clean and comfortable with great service this is the place for tasty and affordable seafood!

Thoroughly enjoyed the shared mussels, my crab and fish meal was divine, the service was excellent. If you visit Peregian Beach, definitely have a meal here.

We ordered whiting and chips. The whiting was 'butterflied', which translates as extremely thin and small, although the crumb coating was crisp and well cooked. As an entree for two, they would have been fine. The chips were pretty dreadful, quite tasteless and not at all crisp. I guess the poor quality reflects the lack of competition, as take away joints open in Peregian Beach are thin on the ground in the evening. Apart from the Thai cafe (which was closed for renovation) Wahoo is the only other place in Peregian Beach which is open at night. Wahoo doesn't lift its game because it doesn't have to.
