Union Coffee Co - Peoria

This is an amazing local coffee shop. The coffee is roasted in shop perfectly and you can really taste the difference. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I still try other coffee shops from time to time but they just don’t compare. The employees are so friendly and the owners are amazing. Highly recommend this shop.Food: 5/5

Union coffee is my favorite coffeehouse. I have tried them all. Black Rock, Starbucks, Dutch Brothers to name a few. But no one makes a cup of coffee like Union coffee. Although Dutch Brothers will do in a pinch. So if you're looking for an exceptional cup of coffee made the way you want it, go to Union coffee. The pastries are fresh and really good. But it's the staff for me. Always friendly. Always smiling. And they really listen to what you want your coffee order to be. I am not an easy customer because I don't always know how to verbalize what I want specifically. But they never get impatient with me we just figure it out. Now mind you, I'm not talking coffee is filled with chocolate or caramel, sweetened and with whipped cream. I drink black coffee with a little oat milk. So the quality and flavor of the coffee really matters.

Such a gem in the West Valley! Ordered their Ethiopian pour over and it was sooo good. You know a spot is serious about their coffee when they have 9 types of beans. Also the aesthetic inside is great. Very minimalist, modern and clean. The coffee itself was light with depth of flavor without need of either sugar or cream. Probably the way the roasters intended

Nice place, a little stark, good Americano. If you're looking for comfort, not so much. The chairs are a really hard metal not conducive for long term reading (which I like to do). The baked goods are not made here and not much to choose from. All in all, if you want a quick coffee to go, this is good. If you're looking to hang with a friend or a book, not so much.

As a barista my self (from a corporate coffee company), this place is incredible!! You guys the coffee is roasted in house!! They have bulk green beans and they roast them in house, with their machine! That’s so incredible, haven’t seen anything like this, only when I lived in Munich Germany! The barista (didn’t get his name) was outstanding with customer service. He took the time to share his knowledge about the coffee and the business. He was friendly and didn’t rush me on ordering! The place was clean!! When I say clean I mean; no trash on the bar floors, no dirty rags soaking in contaminated sanitizer water, no filthy rags laying around on the counters, no coffee spills or syrups caked on the walls or counter tops or on the espresso machines. It was clean! I had to purchase a bag of coffee when I found out it was roasted in house!! Took home two ice matcha lattes for my brothers and they said it tasted really good! I had the Sticky Cold Brew it was delicious! Not too sweet, strong coffee but smooth! I will definitely be back and purchasing to support this place! Best coffee shop in Arizona!Vegetarian options: They have milks that are not from animals and are plant based.Parking: Parking lot is a strip of parking spaces that face the shop or towards the main road. There are reserved spaces, for businesses next door, of the coffee shop.Wheelchair accessibility: The coffee shop has handicap parkings right in front of the entrance and exit.Dietary restrictions: The barista has no problem accommodating to make drinks with a milk or sweetener to meet your restrictions.
