Sanctuary Cafe - Peoria

Was driving down Thunderbird and saw their sign on the side of the road and I'm glad I did! Definitely going to be my new work remote spot! The atmosphere was clean and the birds were a nice ambience. Their food was delicious, I tried their pancakes and then got a pizza for lunch and WOW! Their coffee was delicious; I highly suggest the peanut butter and banana latte and the staff were extremely friendly. The birds were so nice to watch while I took breaks from my laptop and I am so glad I found this place. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cute spot with okay coffee. Ordered 3 different lattes to try because because they have so many options, but I wasn't impressed by any of them. Will stop by again to bring my kids, they'll enjoy the birds and maybe I'll have a different experience with the drinks.

Spent a couple of hours here to get some work done and grab lunch. I 'm really glad I did! Such a neat concept and the guys working were so kind and helpful even in the midst of a busy lunch rush. It 's so cool that there are birds, even though I am terrified of them lol. One of the parrots did come over and climb up on my chair, but he moved on quickly and a staff member came over and put his back on his tree . If you love birds you 'll love it because you can have them sit on your should and chill with you Food is freshly made and really good! I got a cactus tea lemonade drink it was refreshing. I plan on making this my regular go to spot to have some lunch and work. Nothing fancy could use a tiny bit of fixing up (which they 're probably aware of) However it 's not that big of a deal when the foods good and the staff are great!

Had an awesome and delicious breakfast. I ordered the Spicy Nest. Absolutely amazing I must say! While we were waiting we had the chance to enjoy company with some beautiful Macaws. Spoke with the owner, who was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend stopping by and getting a bite to eat!
