Pizza Hut - Peoria

At 12:30, I was informed that the pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. Now, it's 2:30, and we're still waiting.

I need to revise my review. I reached out to the management due to a situation I encountered, and the manager was more understanding than I expected. Unfortunately, I faced another issue soon after. Once again, I contacted the management. To sum it up, they were incredibly friendly and took full responsibility for the situation, demonstrating generosity and sincerity, even though it turned out to be my fault, not theirs. Despite this, they remained very kind and took responsibility for the inconvenience I caused—not just once, but twice.

Two of the last three paintings I ordered from this place, my orders were completely grounded. the first time my pizza was cold, my wings were cold and the wrong kind and the wrong taste, and my soda was warm. the next time, my food pizza was burned and cold, my wings were cold, and the pasta was overcooked. not only these pizza hat outsource their deliveries, but they seem to overlay their incoming calls. asking if my delivery of pizza would be fulfilled hut or a third party delivery service and guaranteed would it pizzahut, a 3. Party delivery service came with cold food! pizza hat they have the equipment to keep their rides fresh to their eating. it is their business that is the loss for outsourcing to a third party delivery service that is not adequately equipped to keep food hot. because of pizza hut company greed in try to save a dollar here and there I will save all my bucks and avoid their business at all costs. good day.

Easy and fast. pizza was exactly what I ordered. delivery service perfectly.

First off I haven’t had Pizza Hut in over 20 years. I called one Pizza Hut in Sun City because I was between two different ones. I wanted three items, it was going to be $50 in Sun City. And here in Peoria at this location it was 35 so thankfully I called this location got Colton I think his name is. But waiting for my pizza was an amazing experience all three employees that were working were extremely polite and so you don’t get that most places. So must be great management could possibly be a great business owner that owns this franchise. But thank you guys so much definitely will be only ordering from here
