Panera Bread - Peoria

Ordered online 2:15 They said food would be delivered by 3:00. 3:15 No food... When I called to ask if my order was delayed (POLITELY) and he said he had no clue...that once it leaves the store they 're not responsible for it! ???? I was told that DoorDash does the delivery and that I can call them. Ummm NO! YOU ARE responsible for my food!!! While I was waiting for them tocall Door Dash we got disconnected So I called back AGAIN and he said that they called DD and then told me that they wouldsend it again. NOW they are going to resend it and it will be here after 4:00 When I asked what happened to my first order hesaid I didn 't think to ask ????. I just got my food 4PM It 's half the food I ordered as in its all half full! Guessthey showed me!

Tried the new Asiago bagel sausage egg cheese sandwich. Highly recommend. Oh and the cinnamon rolls are big and lots or icing and delicious.

Went through drive through. That parking lot is poorly laid out and I almost get hit every time I try the drive through. Food is good and people are always nice but it'd be helpful if they had signs or rearranged the drive through.

I had the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken. It was delicious! I'll definitely order it again soon.
