Took over 40 minutes and smoothies were liquid by the time we received themNever once was told sorry for wait

They didn’t have spoons, or agave. After waiting 25 minutes for them to make my açaí bowl, they inform us their manager forgot to order spoons, but Baskin Robbins down the way has them. Will not be coming back

Save your money and go to the one on 67th the owners policies makes this nekter look really bad as a company. All other nekters have the same policy on promotions and deals when it comes to the cleanses but this one, and they skimp out on shots and toppings. Gave this one so many chances to redeem itself from previous service but this will be the last time I return to this one.

My best friend of less than one year and I have been sitting here for at least 25 minutes. the guy who took our job looked like he had no idea where he was. there are at least 6 people here who wait for their commands and the guy started crying in the back and the girl just stood there and looked around a little. I love this place.

Order them drinks and bowls from this location and there were hard plastic pieces in the drink that saw as if they had a spoon. very frightening and happy to answer
