Mcdonald's - Peoria

I'm not sure why, but at this McDonald's I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and it wasn't brought out to the curbside. I had to go inside to pick it up.

I caution against using the deals on the app. I recently paid more for two burritos and a hash brown when using the app deal, rather than if I had ordered the meal directly at the restaurant.

My recent experience at this McDonald's drive-thru was disappointing. We ordered the 2 for $5 sausage egg mcmuffin deal and used a $2 off code for a breakfast sandwich. However, the employee at the window repeated our order back incorrectly multiple times. As a result, we were overcharged by $3 for one full-price egg mcmuffin and two individual sausage mcmuffins with only one receiving the discount. It was frustrating to have to repeat our order several times, and it seems like this McDonald's location frequently makes mistakes with orders.

Seems like the quality of service and food has improved so much in the past 3 months. Finally the fries taste fresh and the oil quality is so much better! The bathroom is immaculate and the dining room is and playground is clean for my kids! Keep up the good work!

The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of one employee that was extremely helpful and nice to me. I was having a bad day and she completely turned my day around! McDonald’s needs more employees like her! Her name is Gina and I will only come back because of her!
