Longhorn Steakhouse - Peoria

I am so disappointed on this restaurant we been come for many year and this time 7-14-24 I brought my family in we show up and not even hello rude services then give us a table and not even clean then we seat down and wait 17 minutes no buddy show up till I ask for the manager and he come out and i explain the situation he was like don’t know what to said I tell him we are living he tell please stay and I will give you free drinks and appetizers and I respond to him back I am not here to get a free stuff

Me and my wife come here often. It’s an excellent place to eat. They have excellent lamb chops and ribs are excellent also. The fillet is always excellent. Their salads are pretty good too. The atmosphere is always good. It’s not too noisy, except on Sundays whenever everybody talks in their outdoor voice.

What a difference 8 months makes since our last dining experience here and revoew we left! From 5 stars to 1 star. We have been here multiple times in the past and found it to be a reliable steakhouse, even a good one. We for the last time went there June 17th, 2024, and had the worst service ever in any restaurant in the last 5 years. How do I know? We go out to eat a lot and always leave a tip if not a very good tip. This is the first time we have left a restaurant and have not left any tip. My medium well burger with Longhorn sauce and swiss cheese had no sauce, a lot of rub, very salty and it was extra, extra well done. When I deconstructed it to see what was going on, I attempted to cut what was before me. The cheese which was strangely uncuttable, lacked any flavor. The burger was even worse. When I cut it with a steak knife it kind of crumbled in different directions. The service was atrocious and we could tell by looking around the restaurant we were not alone. Very long wait times, for everything. Inattentive servers, all of them we observed. I've never seen anything go from first to last in such a short amount of time. That will be the last time we go to the Longhorn!

First time at long horn in Peoria. Even though a cook walked out the wait time wasn't long food was good and came out in good timing. Looking forward to going back. The Parm crusted chicken was delicious

Long wait to be seated. Long wait to get our food. I could have made a baked potato in a microwave that would have been better. Forgot one of my sides. Very cramped seating with horrible table. Server was very nice, just not good all around dining experience. So many places do a much better job. Very dissapointed.
