Food is great here.Service gets you seated, ordered, and pops back for the end of the meal.They also auto-add an 18% tip to the total.

Nice place, ordered chicken pho to go. It was nicely arranged with piping hot, delicious broth and two sauces to add if desired. Very good, will go back and eat in the restaurant, which is clean and well decorated with friendly staff.

So the food was ok but me and my husband got sick afterwards possible food poisoning. I wish I would have read the reviews. Bummer so close to our house I’ll just have to travel I guess . It was a very dirty place also.

If you receive a promo from them, do not try to use! I was sent a promo that I needed to make a reservation to use. I even received several emails and texts confirming my reservation and asking if I was still able to make it. When I got to the store (which is far away from me by the way) the host had no idea what I was talking about, not about reservations nor about the birthday promo I was given and showed him on my phone. He went to ask someone and came back and sat us, but it did not seem like he understood still. So I showed the email and asked if it would be honored. He seemed very confused so another person came to see if they could help. He seemed confused as well so he asked if he could show my phone to the other staff in back. When he came back he said none of them had ever seen such a thing before and they had no idea what it was! Keep in mind, this was a promo I received by signing up with this company directly through their website. Thankfully he offered to give me a discount for my troubles, but it was a huge fiasco and not at all what should have happened. Why would you send out promos that you do not intend to honor, especially since it was for my birthday and I had received many confirmations prior to my visit, even the day of?

The food was ok, but they like to ding you for things that should be included. Ordered three entrees but it seems only one actually came with rice, and it was small rice, so we had to order extra rice at $2 a pop.The chicken curry was off, was the wrong color and did not taste that good, it seems like they use corn starch to make it.We only had a small group, just $5 and they added on a 18% mandatory tip, and still asked for another tip. Then they took a service fee for taking a credit card. I thought the food was overpriced before all the add ons. We got about $30 worth of food that was overpriced to be $50 and with the extra fees and to pay for rice that should have come with it we paid almost $70.My two youngest did not find anything they liked on the menu so only ate rice, we had to go somewhere else for them after. Would not say it is very kid friendly.Needless to say I doubt I will ever come back here. It just was ok food, and not worth all the upcharges.
