The prices are out of control! I can go to a lot of restaurants and pay less for the same burger! Usually there is an extra schnapps of riders in the bag. not this visit! Worst experience I’ve had. First of all, they ran out of meat, so we waited 15 minutes for them to make some. The kids that work there are disrespectful and think it’s funny when In reality I paid good money to eat here. I will not be back, and I also want my $45 back.

Worst customer service. My first time atFive guys. Definitely not returning. Ordered through the website and then was told that they were out of milkshakes even though I was able to order one through the five guys website. I was told the store couldn’t do anything, so I called to get a refund. We then waited 25 minutes for my order before I canceled my order. The young men working this evening were very rude. I would definitely recommend avoiding this location.
