Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Peoria

Unfortunately, I am updating my review from five months ago from a 5 star rating to a 2 star rating. My last 4 visits (including today), since my original 5 star rating, have been disappointed. Let me start by saying, $6.64 for a large hot fudge sundae is absurd. How hard is it to use chocolate ice cream and add hot fudge on top? After sitting at the window for over 4 minutes waiting for my order, I'm handed a sundae with vanilla ice cream. I'm not accepting it after I paid nearly $7.00 dollars to have it made the way I ordered it. There are 6 employees I could see standing there. I hand it back and it takes over 5 more minutes to receive my order the way I ordered it. 5 minutes to pull a lever to put ice cream in the dish and pump got fudge on top? This has been my exact experience 3 times in a row at this location.

The kids that were on duty tonight were too busy socializing to really take care of the store. They were being loud and very unprofessional. The blizzard we ordered had very little ingredients and even then was not mixed well.

It was cruse night in monmoth. We ordered ice cream. Whats not to like we had chocolate cone for one person and other one had vegan dilly bar.

The staff is super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend the Grand Prairie Mall location

You could tell the team had been super busy and under staffed. Having said that, they did a pretty good job helping. My burger was outstanding, the chicken tenders were good and the cheese curds are better than Culver's!
