I booked a reservation a month in advance to avoid the crowds. When I arrived at the restaurant, the hostess informed me that they didn’t use OpenTable and had no record of my reservation. The wait time was lengthy, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't understand the purpose of making a reservation if it wasn’t going to be honored.

We visited for lunch and were initially the only customers, with one other group arriving after us. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, well-spaced, and easy to locate. The menu is somewhat limited, which may make it less appealing for frequent visits due to the lack of variety. The prices were reasonable for about half the items, while the rest felt on the more expensive side. However, everyone in our group agreed that the food was delicious. I did reduce the value rating slightly because I thought it was a bit unreasonable to charge for a side of ranch that I requested for my fries. I wasn't informed there would be an extra charge, and I find it silly to charge for something like that. Additionally, I noticed it took a while for our food to arrive after ordering, especially since we were the only ones there. I would caution regarding potential wait times if it were busier, although I can't comment from experience since this was my first visit.

I had a fantastic experience and enjoyed delicious food for lunch yesterday! I ordered the hangover burger, and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely return soon. The location is convenient for those of us who work downtown, and the atmosphere is lovely! Be sure to check out all the taps at the bar when you visit! I don't drink beer, but if you do, there's plenty to choose from! I give it a perfect 5/5, and I'm usually very selective!

Seated very quickly. Waitstaff took our order quickly and we got our food quickly.

Didn’t have items on menu or half of the wines on the wine list. Complained that their system was down but clearly understaffed.
