I always enjoy the delicious and fresh food at this restaurant. It's convenient for grabbing a quick bite, even when it's busy. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is always clean and has a nice atmosphere. I will definitely return!

I ordered two steak bowls for pick up on Wednesday night through the app. Both bowls were lacking in rice and overall lacked attention to detail in preparation. I requested extra corn and rice on one bowl, but it did not seem like my request was fulfilled as both bowls appeared skimpy and identical. It seems like there may be some issues with the night crew as this has been a recurring problem. I hope they can improve the quality of their food and service.

The site has extremely poor service and inconsistent prices. There is no soda but they don 't tell you when you buy drinks. When you mention this after your purchase, they say there is a sign on the door. It 's a piece of paper poorly taped in the middle to the front door that is blowing in the wind. I would not expect others to notice the paper or to be responsible for knowing in advance that products they are actively selling are not available. Concerning the roughly 200% increase in cost on part of my order, I was told it depends who is working. I was also given an explanation as to the different ways they could ring up the same item but charge twice the cost. I guess you just have to cross your fingers to get the right price. I was then told by the manager that I was just charged wrong.

Chipotle is usually one of our favorite places to eat, however this one we probably won't go back to. The salads we both got were pretty skimpy compared to all the other chipotles we've been. The guacamole was light green to almost brown and tasted funny. Even though there was one person behind us and one in front of us the guy making the plates was super rushed and practically filling the plates with things before we could even say what we wanted. First time ever I sit down and realized I didn't even have cheese on top and that the guacamole looked gross. Just seemed rushed.
