Barro's Pizza - Peoria

Super friendly and timely. Love the Kona and Meatlovers pizzas!

Terrible customer service. Cashiers are indifferent to doing their jobs correctly, and managers seem unconcerned about order accuracy or giving orders to the wrong customers. I go out of my way to visit other Barro's locations because it's not worth coming to this one.

They charged me incorrectly, then asked me to come back to the register to pay the difference, which amounted to 4 dollars instead of just comping it. Technically correct, but a really good way to earn a 3 star review. Edit: Changed to one star because of the soulless corporate form letter response

My lady Order pizza for pick up they say pizza will be ready in 15-20 mins when I got there front counter said it will be 10 more mins I said kool …..40 minutes goes by AND IM STILL WAITING ON 1 PIZZA. THEY DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE ORDER OR WHAT PIZZA IT WAS… sooo when I get the pizza all I get was “ sorry for the wait” …..as I walk back the car I checked pizza …pizza cold ….lost my appetite
