Arby's - Peoria

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant. They were not busy inside or outside. After ordering our food and paying, the employee asked us to pull forward and wait in a parking spot for them to bring out our food. This was odd considering we were the only ones in line. After waiting 15 minutes, we decided to go inside. Inside, three employees seemed confused and unsure of what to do. My sandwiches were cold and the sides were not even cooked. For $32, I expected a hot meal to be ready in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and do not recommend this restaurant for fast food.

I often pass by this restaurant along the New River trail, and with the record temperatures today, I decided to stop in for a refreshing drink. The orange cream shake was exactly what I needed. I always ring the bell as I leave. Today, I opted for a large Powerade to stay hydrated while hiking in the heat. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've been stopping by once or twice a week recently.

The best for a good fast food option. I eat here at least once a week. The place is clean and staff is great

My dad and I had a very nice lady taking are order right after opening and the food came out fast and good. I even convinced my dad to get the orange cream shake. He loved it and the food.

The order was delivered timely. The sub and curly fries were hot and fresh at 10:45 p.m. The highlight of the experience was engaging in a small conversation about running a restaurant in today's world while waiting for the order. The manager, a 5'6 female, was friendly and accommodating.
