Arby's - Peoria

We had an amazing experience! The food was tasty, hot, and freshly made, and the staff were fantastic. My friend and I were catching up when the employees joked with us about paying rent! We laughed throughout the entire 2.5 hours we were there. Manager Dona even came out to chat with us and had us in stitches. This will definitely be my preferred location from now on!

I recently visited this restaurant through the drive-thru. I ordered a Beef n Cheddar meal, a turkey Gyro, and their strawberry lemonade. The food was delicious and I received my order quickly.

We ordered three chicken classic meals for my kids at this restaurant. One of the meals was for my 7-year-old daughter, but she only ate about half of it before refusing to touch it. Upon inspecting the meal, I noticed that the chicken was separated from the breading, which looked unappetizing. I decided to take a bite to see if it was just a visual issue, but unfortunately, the chicken was rubbery and unpleasant. It seemed as though the breading was just glued onto the chicken like a turkey sandwich. Disappointed, we ended up throwing the meal out. This was my first time eating at Arby's in 10 years, and I used DoorDash for delivery. The bags were greasy and appeared to have been mishandled, which added to the negative experience. I hope my daughter doesn't get sick from this meal. Additionally, the food arrived cold, although it was delivered on time.

With all the app and internet offers out there someone needs to come up with an easy way for the people on the register to put in the code. When they don't know how to do it, then the customer seems to be holding up the line. For some reason every fastfood restaurant fixes the milkshake first so it's just a cup of watery milk by the time the sandwich and fries are ready. Thedeluxe chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich was almost perfect. The chicken was juicey and tender with just the right seasoning. Thebun and the tomato weren't the best. The crinkle fries were spot on. .Hot, crisp, and just the right shade. The restaurant wasnot crowded for a Friday evening. It seems a nice place to eat in. The wait was long but worth it for everything done upfresh. My only problem with this location is the difficulty getting around to go south on 83rd Ave.

Good service, selection and prices, especially with coupons and specials. This location is quick, clean, friendly and accommodating! Love the 2/$6 deal! Horsey sauce is always a must great condiment!!!
