Wendy's - Penticton

I like a number of items on the Wendy's menu. But the counter service in this location is particularly poor. You can wait 5-10 minutes in line when there is just one person in front of you and there appears to be several workers at the counter. My favorite choices include the spicy chicken burger, seasonal salads, and their bakes potatoes.

Very satisfied with the quality and service of this restaurant. Dining room and washrooms are always clean, speed of service is tremendous, Staff are always smiling and friendly and don't forget the fantastic food! My meal was served promptly with a smile. It was easy to find a place to sit that was clean. And the food tasted like it was made with the highest quality ingredients. Will recommend any day!!!

Food still good. Restaurant needs some tlc. Getting very old and used looking. Kitchen looks grungy.

We try to eat healthy and Wendy's is the only fast food restaurant we eat at. They seem to have more healthy choices in our opinion. This store is always clean and tidy. I really like their salads and they have a great menu selection for less than two bucks.

I have been going to Wendy's for years, the staff where fantastic and knew most of the people as they had lots of regulars. There are new owners and the service has deteriorated a lot. There are young people, that seem to be high school age. My grand daughter worked there and we had to speak to the manager about her late hours . She is in high school and her shift is closing the Resturant and she is there till 2:30 AM we live about twenty minutes south , so by the tome she is home it is 3AM, by the time she unwinds and goes to bed it is four AM and she has to be in school at 8:40. When we spoke to manger she was very rude and would not consider changing her schedule. She said if she didn't like it she would be dismissed. My grand daughter resigned. Melissa is the name of this women and she is not the least bit concerned for the students that work there. Since new owners the regulars have chosen to go to A& W I hope the owners will look into this as these kids getting off work at 2:30 AM have to get their own way home. Check labour laws regarding fifteen year olds. Other than that the food. Is still good and the kids do try hard .
