Stopped here for coffee and doughnuts which were served in good.

Ordered on the in store tablets and waited 20 minutes for our drinks, the old lady working the till was very rude and made snarky remarks towards me and my friends when we asked about our orders. Overall terrible customer service on the old ladies part but everyone else working were very kind and fast at correcting their mistake.

Ordered through the mobile app. Upon arrival, 10 minutes after ordered, we found several things wrong. It took 10 minutes for someone to look our way. They did not acknowledge us just the odd glance. So went through the line to find out what was going on.Our order was not actually made, the app said they had jalapeno asiago bagels but they do not carry them. Upon going to the till we had to get them to look for the order and to make it which then took another 15 minutes. Yes food isn't instant but the customer service and the app not being accurate was frustrating.
