Taco Bell - Penticton

Great tacos, especially the box with lots of quality food for the Buck...

I was very disappointed with my experience. The fries were only slightly warm, and the rice in the seven-layer beef burrito was hard, almost like biting into small rocks. The cinnamon rolls were overly greasy and lacked any cinnamon flavor. The drink was also unappealing.

Basically empty tacos, flavourless soda, missing ingredients from burritos, forgotten cinnamon sugar on desserts, need I go on? One star because you get service with a smile.

I've had multiple experiences where my order was incorrect, and the food is consistently cold. I'm not sure why I keep going back. Save yourself the trouble—unless you're willing to wait over 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive the wrong order, it's not worth it. It feels like a waste of both money and time.

This was probably the worst fast food meal I've ever had. The fries were cold, and the hard taco shells were so thin that they crumbled apart. I typically enjoy Taco Bell, but this experience was really disappointing.
