Ricky's Restaurants - Penticton

Went to Ricky's with 2 other people we were seated and told a server would be with us shortly. 10-15 minutes later still no one came to serve us so we just up and walked out. PRETTY Sad folks...

Looks like this place closed down awhile ago. I can understand why since the service was terrible. Seems like no one gave a care about what was being served or how it was presented. Hopefully something better will come of this.Can's miss what wasn't good in the first place.

I always enjoyed a nice lunch there to get a good bargain for a steak with salad. Clean concept and friendly staff.

Ordered food today at 12 noon. By 1pm nothing had appeared including our no show drinks. We left. never to return. The staff was so disorganized and the waitress looked like she wished she was somewhere else. bad bad. do not go.

Went there for brunch, waited 5-10 mins to be seated, about 10 mins to be offered a drink, another 10 to be served drink and order taken. About 3 or 4 people who ordered after us got their food first. After 45mins I asked if our food would be much longer (as we were ready to walk out) and was told it was just being plated. In the meantime another table walked out as they were fed up of waiting for service- the waitress didn't even apologize to them. After 55mins since we ordered our food arrived, no apology. Only ordered pancakes for kids, eggs Benny and steak, should not have taken that long. We rarely eat out, should have been a treat but instead was a chore. Will go to shades next time.
