Il Vecchio's - Penticton

Came into town on the greyhound and had some time to kill until my ride got to town(its right across the street from the station). Stepped inside and was surprised at how many options they had that you could customize into a sandwich. They also carry a variety of dry and canned food from other countries. I choose a panini off their lists on the back wall. It was incredible! Way better than anything I was expecting, that's for sure. It came with a wonderful pasta salad that had feta and sundried tomatoes. That pasta was unexpected, as I didn't realize that it came with the sandwich, but also something I would have paid extra for as it was so darn good. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Great place to pick up a picnic, they make the best bun sandwiches. A couple tables to sit at but mostly takeout.Cash Only! Lunch time can be a lineup down the street.I love to see Winona's hair creation of the week! She makes really good sandwiches!

Their deli sandwiches with all the fixins is as good as it gets. Since most ot their business is carry out, we always find a table in their small seating area. We're in Penticton only for about 10 days each summer, but we never miss a stop or two at Il Vecchio's, and we always cap off our visit with several bags from their wonderful selection of pastas!

Why go to subway when you can have a fantastic sandwhich with super fresh toppings . located by the greyhound.
