Pot Roast and Pinot - Pensacola

I originally made reservations for a Friday night but had to cancel due to work running late and some traffic (all evolutions easily done online).

This was not at all what we expectedThe waiter was not knowledgeable about the menu and we questioned the temperature of the wine.

Had a work trip in Pensacola this week and our admin office took us out to dinner at Pot Roast and Pinot.

My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.

Food was great but disappointed that we weren't seated outside as we had made the reservation days ahead and phoned the morning of to request this.
