Mcdonald's - Pensacola

The fries were soggy and barely cooked, with no seasoning at all. McDonald's fries used to be the best in the world, but now they are terrible. I ordered hot sauce with my 20 piece McNuggets and didn't receive any at all. It was so frustrating!

They literally had 8 employees working this shift. We had to tell person taking our order through the intercom about four times what the order was and then when we got to the window we told the person getting our money about four times what our order was. My understanding with that is that this is the same person. The fries were cold and soggy. I don't know why this shift was moving so slow but we were in the Drive-Thru for at least 30 minutes

Picked up order at window. After I got home I was missing culinary for my 2 orders of pancakes 2 pad of butter and 1 syrup. Spoke with the manager and she suggested I drive back to them to complete the take. Who trained her on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I explained to her I had just left the doctor's office.

Absolutely the rudest workers. Our family stood in line for 15 (YES, FIFTEEN) minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that they would be with us shortly. They made eye contact multiple times, but said nothing. The girl running the drive-thru was chatting on the phone with a friend on her airpod between taking orders and with the other earpiece taking orders for the restaurant. Multiple times we shouted to get her attention and she did not so much as even flinch that she could hear us. The other guy bagging orders for the drive-thru finally told us he was busy and would get to us eventually when we waved him down, but we had enough of the attitude and told him don't worry about it we are leaving now that we've been waiting over 15 minutes. Two other people in front of us walked out before even placing their order as well, they said they had been there almost 20 minutes. I sure hope the manager or owner read this because that's beyond unacceptable. we would have happily waited in line that amount of time if somebody would have just told us they were busy and would be right with us, but to completely and overtly ignore us? The icing on the cake was as we left they made no whisper about swearing that they didn't give a f... classy bunch that you hired.

This mcdonald’s is super clean and has a very nice eating in the opposite. the food was also freshened. but it took a little long to get out. but it was hot and tasted like mcdonald's taste.
