Nobody said thank you, and guy who handed me my food was also rude and stared harshly, kinda scary actually at me. Never again, worst McDonald's experience ever, Ray Croc would revoke they're franchise.
Disgusting. What happened to the ice cream machine. You go inside and the ice cream machine works. You go thru the drive thru and the ice cream machine doesn't work. SO WHICH IS IT??? IT DOES OR IT DONT??? THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH MCDONALD'S YOU GO TO THEY ALL TELL YOU THE SAME THING. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SERVE ICE CREAM ALL THE TIME...THEN TAKE THE DAMM THING OUT. THAT WILL GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE TIME TO PLAY AND TALK ON THEIR PHONES WHILE IGNORING THE CUSTOMER.
There's a guy named David. He always works the way back through the window. His customer service is impeccable! We need faster food workers like him. He should also train others for customer service.
I have to say this was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The restaurant was very clean the service was great and fast, I was waiting for a bus and the girls working allowed me to charge my phone when it died. The whole crew was extremelypolite and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. If I'm in the area again I willdefinitely stop in again
They have a worker there that is a crew trainer. She is excellent, friendly, kind and a true leader. Her name is Melissa. She treated me like family.
