We started with the elote corn, you could tell they used frozen corn as it was kinda mushy but they toppings made it very tasty and edible. I had three tacos lengua, chorizo and chicharonTojo. Each with very unique flavors and sauces all very good. Each taco gets a sprinkle of onion and cilantro and served withone small cup of sauce per three tacos, could have used a little more and maybe a few pickled onions. The wife had the tacosalso barbaccoa, bisteca a la mexicana and Cochinita Pibil. All very good. Quick note, taco?s come with only one tortilla so ifyou?re taco comes in a sauce it it first because the tortillas don?t hold up. Overall very good experience and we will return totry something new.
10-30-2022: my wife had to work so I?m cooking for myself ???? stopped in for 2-go order? Burrito California (steak) with bean soup. ???? 5-27-2022: first time here. Beautiful decor inside out. Very clean. Upon entering we were greeted and took to atable. The negatives: I would have preferred being asked; table, booth, or high top however, I was not asked (I should haveasked for a change? The high top is not for large people like me plus the foot rest was loose) (Air conditioning was out andbeing repaired but no problem). All issues but fixable. The positives: plenty of seating inside and out; good prices; goodselection; good portions; heavy duty flatware and plates; fast service! Check out the pics ????
The food was so delicious! I went in for lunch, and ended up getting more food to go for dinner. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Great prices, amazing atmosphere, parking was good, and I love the exterior and interior design! I wish I gotphotos of it. I'll just have to get them next time I go in!
I was excited to go to this place and try mostly the tacos since I 'm always on the search for the best ones... this ain 't it. From the variety of street style tacos I tasted, the best one was the carnitas. The asada tacos don 't taste like asada, asada it 's supposed to be grilled meat, this just tasted like diced beef on a pan with no seasoning. The pastor had a funkytaste to the meat, the seasoning was great, but it wasn 't enough to mask it. Barbacoa was decent flavor, but really tough, Idon 't want to play tug-of-war with my tacos when I eat. As for them charging for chips and salsa... I understand, inflation andwhatever but in the future why would I go there if I can hit any other restaurant and get the chips for free? 4 dollars is notthat much but is not worth it, if you order cheese dip too you are already 11 dollars in for a mediocre appetizer. I would beinterested to try their Tinga or Cochinita Pibil, but honestly I don 't think I 'm going back. Also the menu is very vague, if youare not familiar with the dishes you are going to find yourself googling everything or asking your Mexican friend to explainit. Our server was friendly but never refilled our drinks once. Over all, just go somewhere else.
Food was fresh and delicious! The establishment was super clean and the service was great! This food is not the same as your average Mexican restaurant in this area, it?s like having dinner at your Tia?s house! Everything taste home made and veryauthentic. My favorite items I had was the barbcoa taco and the kiwirita!
