Kfc - Pensacola

This was my first time eating here and using the drive-thru. The sign clearly states that the bowl meals come with fries, and this information is also available on the website. It mentions that the meal includes creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and bite-sized pieces of crispy chicken layered together, drizzled with home-style gravy, and topped with a perfect blend of three shredded cheeses, along with a side and a drink. So why are customers being told that it only comes with a drink? If that's the case, they should update the information on both the website and the drive-thru sign.

Don't bother if you intend to order at the counter and eat there. We waited for 10 minutes at the cash register (only ones in line) with no service. There were several employees working, and some of them made eye contact with us, but they were completelyfocused on the drive thru and never made their way to the counter. We left.

I've had a mix of good and bad experiences at this restaurant. Some days they get everything right, while other days they completely miss the mark. I often find that something is missing from my order when I go through the drive-thru, and by the time I realize it, I'm already halfway down the road. That’s why I prefer going inside and checking my order thoroughly before I leave.

I ordered the number 1 meal on September 4, 2022, around 9:20 PM, and my chicken was way too salty. In fact, it was so salty that I barely had any chicken left to enjoy. I really wanted to reach out and discuss this, but I couldn’t get through when I called. So, I decided to leave a review instead. This shouldn’t happen again! I love KFC's crispy chicken and don’t want to experience salty chicken in the future. Please pay attention to the seasoning measurements.

Wait wasn't long. Food was hot. Friendly service. That's why I'm giving them 3 stars. However, the Famous Bowl I ordered didn't have enough chicken and the pieces were really small. Combined, they barely cover half of the bowl.
