I ordered coffee no one informed about me and it took 10 minutes to take mama money in the window. no one in the line again. They may ask if they were not busy in any single person, was the dame I was before me who drove around and came in. then I had to move around in front of the building and now work on 12 minutes and wait for a coffee box. super sad customer service.
Wonderful experience. we went to a birthday breakfast, just to find the area revealed and no one at the counter. After 10 minutes standing there, with a woman who works the running gear through the window, another hired comes up and says we will not help them here, they need to drive through the line if they want a service. (which was slightly wrapped around the building at this place). unquestionably rude and repulsive, not to mention the ruining of the birthday experience for my child. at least they would think that they would lock the doors if they are not willing to provide any service.
I have placed my order on her running gear, it was the biggest mistake i made! it took 24 minutes from my order, 2 donuts 2 hash browns. ? there were 3 cars in front of me no psychic insight in the interior. I'm sorry, but that's totally unacceptable. the young lady in the window was very sweet. that's the only reason I gave two stars.
Great customer service. friendly crew. robert and dierra have made an excellent job with my order. very satisfied. whoever is the new man, keeps her! wayyyy better than this rude carmella character!
Ok I've had it. This is the 6th time in 3 months that ive gone to get donuts and milk before work and gotten anywhere from week old expired milk to 3 week old expired milk and its not just this location the one on airport has the same problem! Im sorry but until somethin changes I'll take the overly sweet Krispy Kreme.
