Chow Tyme Grill Buffet - Pensacola

This restaurant is a fantastic Chinese buffet. The staff here are always friendly, with smiles on their faces and attentive to all needs. The food is really delicious, but today it was a bit lacking, so I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. I plan to return to this restaurant in the future and hopefully, it will be better next time.

You won't find a better Asian buffet at this price in the area. While we've had the occasional off night, the food is consistently fresh, tasty, and affordable. They offer a wide variety of dishes, from sushi to Mongolian grill to hot Chinese entrees to pizza and more. It's best to visit when they're busy, as the hot dishes are replenished more frequently. Keep in mind, it's a buffet so set your expectations accordingly. Overall, they do a great job considering it's not a sit-down restaurant.

I will never return to this restaurant. Today, my children ran to us, and a manager came out because we were the only large family there. While I was dealing with my business, a brunette waitress approached me and accused me of wasting food because I did not finish everything on my plate that I had already paid for. The service was terrible, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

This place used to be a favorite for me, but not anymore. I took my boyfriend there and we found a flies in our noodles and quietly let management know. All management did was take two dollars off and blame the outdoor heat. We decided to go to the hibachi bar instead for something fresh, and we noticed they didn’t bother to change the batch of lo mein the flies were in. Maybe we should’ve made a scene.
