Cactus Cantina Downtown Pensacola

I’m just visiting the area, and this place is fantastic! I highly recommend it for indoor dining with excellent service. My bartender, Dawn, was amazing—she provided outstanding service and has such a cheerful personality. I definitely plan to return on my next trip. Plus, their lunch specials are quite generous. Thank you once again, Dawn!

We had an excellent experience at Cactus Cantina. As soon as we walked in, we were seated without delay. The establishment had a nice crowd and plenty of seating available. The menu features typical Mexican dishes, but the presentation, flavor combinations, and taste are truly distinctive. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with large video games and flat-screen TVs throughout the space. Whether you're dining alone or hosting a banquet, everyone will have a great time. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next visit to Pensacola. I would rate it a 7 out of 10, mainly because I didn’t try the bar and one of our orders took a bit longer to arrive at the table.

The food was excellent! The chips and salsa were the best I've had in a long time. The restaurant was pleasant, clean, and spacious. We dined outside with our dog, and our group of seven was completely satisfied— the portion sizes were very generous. We started with the trio of dips, but I would suggest just going for the queso instead. The burritos and tacos arrived quickly, and all of our meals were served at the same time. The service was very friendly.

Thr environment is very nice as well as the servers there. I ordered the fajitas and other than some of the bottom parts being burnt, everything was great! They get the food out to you very quickly and they don't rush you to eat! I would definitly recommend going here.

Great place to eat downtown!! Chips and salsa were yummy! I love the thin chips. The staff was great and frequently came by to ask if we needed anything. The food comes out like super quick!! If you want to chit chat and have drinks, hold that order!! Our food came out within 5min of ordering so we didn't get to enjoy out chips/salsa/queso! We didn't have to wait for a place to sit. They have an arcade type games, so be prepared if you have kids and now want to play! This place has outdoor seating to people watch...great drink selection and lots of food to figure out!
