Burger King - Pensacola

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened on Davis and I can honestly say that the team that is currently working is amazing!! The manager name “Sheldon” is exceptionally helpful, polite, and always make sure my order is correct. I enjoy my time when I come here and the food is always on point! Came through the drive thru and forgot to tell them to hold the onions, I just knew it was going to be a hassle to get it corrected. The manager (blue shirt) Shelton or Sheldon was easy to talk to in got it fixed immediately. He was pleasant or the burger was delicious. Hard to see the whole team working good together.Wheelchair accessibility: Good

I hope this message gets seen by someone. I wish I had my receipt so I could show you how complicated my order was . The order taker took the time out to listen to my order . Then when I got to the window the manager I believe his name was sheldon . He was nice enough to double check and pulled my car to the front due to me asking for my order to cooked to order.. then he brought it to my car when it was done … The crew and the manager made my experience a good one.

The service I received was above most fast food restaurants. An employee Sheldon Johnson made sure to fix the mistake with my daughter’s impossible burger. A lot of fast food places don’t have vegan friendly burgers so my daughter always misses out but not today. Thanks again!Food: 5/5

Sheldon and his crew were on point with my order and promptness! After 7 hour drive from H-town, TX I got hungry and decided to stop at another BK on the next exit West of this location and the drive thru was at a COMPLETE STAND STILL! VERY UPSETTING? ADDED MORE FUEL TO MY HANGRY MOOD. Did a quick search of BK location for the closest one and this store popped up. Rushed over and got served with the best customer service ALL AROUND! KEEP THAT HUSTLE GOING, FOLKS!!! Even made my girls day by offering a crown. Excellent example of CSR.
