Food is amazing. My favorite is the Yaki Udon with chicken. Good sized portions and value for your money.

This is the second time I have had take out issues with them. The first time we ordered the food never showed up and apparently they didn 't get the order . So that took a week of chasing down that refund. Then this time the food shows up and 2 of the entrees are missing, call them and I get this oh well attitude and it 's not our fault . Then take the food up there and they want to to act like it 's grub hubs fault. Well called grub hub, no one called and changed the order. Because they document all the calls they make. So instead of fixing the order to what was ordered and paid for they give some **** pour excuses that it 's grub hub who is at fault. Despite the ticket saying the correct order, and what was paid for. Which was close to about $55-60 in food. Then instead of fixing the order they just said oh its not our fault . I 'm sorry, does the simple questions and statements elude their abilities to fix the order? The order that left their establishment was wrong, it was not what was paid for. Fix it or refund the customer. Simple. What was paid for was not what was received. It 's super simple.not pisss pour excuses of it being a websites fault even though the ticket attached to the bag was correct the food there in was wrong. Well at least this time the food showed up and was made unlike last time when I was told oh that tablet isn 't working . A whole lot of excuses.

First time for us to eat at I Heart Bento on 9 Mile Rd Pensacola, FL. Asian fusion at its best. We are visiting from Guam and looking to find a good establishment that has the flavors of back home. Glad I chose this place. They have wonderful service and are very courteous and welcoming. The counter staff as well as the kitchen staff worker in particular who came out to serve the food to us. Our food was served promptly in adequate time despite the fact that they were short staffed that day. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. We saw a table outside that you could eat your food at if you chose to do so. We decided to dine inside. I had the delicious I heart snacks that is served in an edible pink wrap. Both my husband and I had the Terriyaki chicken bento. He also had the Angry Bird sushi. The bento portions were a good size than expected and more than satisfied our appetite since we didn't eat breakfast. We enjoyed their milk teas. I had a regular 16oz strawberry milk tea and my husband had a 16oz green apple milk tea with green apple jelly. Panda Express, Pensacola, FL in comparison was a big disappointment for Asian flavor foods as it tasted totally bland. We will absolutely recommend this great place to our family and friends. Thank you for a great meal. We'll definitely be returning to try more of their dishes on the menu.
