The Brew Lab Cafe - Penrith

Penrith's best caffe. I came this week earlier and had a delicious Chemex meal, Ethiopia. the menu is great and has something for everyone if they only have for one snack, the fruit toast is fresh and delicious, but if they have a little sweet tooth, I had the waffels and cannot recommend them enough.

Short of staff, waited very long for food and food is not as nice as photos shown in google. Coffee was too hot and burnt my lips.

Definitely the best breakfast place in Penrith. Cheap food, great quality, friendly staff and close to home.

While looking for some place new to try, we stumbled upon Waffle Co. I can safely say this are the best Waffles ever, most waffles i have eaten are dry and tasteless, however, waffle co make theirs from a fresh dough and you can definitely tell the difference. They are light and tasty and the flavors they offer and very complementary

Had the big breakfast, awsome which matched the service coffee was great . Definitely recommend these guys. I will be back.
