Mcdonald's - Penonome

Stopped by November 19 for a burger. Food etc right on McD quality, service with a smile and very helpful with language barrier...however, after sitting down we noticed that the ceiling was full of black mould. Before we finished our meal we were both coughing and sneezing, a condition that ended as soon as we departed. Last time I encountered such a quick reaction was at a seaside infected with red tide. We are both convinced the mould spores were in the air. Check the ceiling before ordering.

If you go to a McDonalds then you know exactly what you are going to get... the food is the same across Panama. I only like the Angus burgers and that is what I always order. The main difference between on MaDonald's and another is the quality of the service. This locations seems to be staffed with people who do not care about the customer...(it is more important to gossip with a co-worker), they show distain for the clients...(as it is an imposition to have to wait on us), and they have absolutely no desire to offer any form of assistance to the customers. The restrooms need maintenance and servicing. Not a place we will visit any time soon.

Food Okay but the fries where stale, The Mc Donalds in Panama do not have Heinz Ketchup, Though will probably eat there again since my daughter likes it.

We had breakfast there two days ago and it was great. Nothing to really report as the restaurant was clean, the service fast and polite. didn't have the chance to check the bathrooms but by the look of the rest of the place, I would say things were as good as possible at this particular restaurant.

My son wanted chicken nuggets, but they were not available. We tried to order chocolate shakes, but they didn't have any ice cream. When I went for a large cup of coffee at 7 am, the dining room was closed. I ended up ordering a Quarter Pounder, but it was undercooked. Overall, not a great experience.
