Orders were poorly put together and haphazard. However, I've noticed a significant improvement in management over the past few weeks! The staff is now friendly and cheerful, and the quality of the food has definitely gone up. I'm really pleased with the changes, and I hope they keep it up. Food: 4

The woman at the drive-thru on November 6th at 5:30 PM really needs to reevaluate her attitude. She was extremely rude. We understand that she might not want to sell donuts, but that doesn't reflect well on us as customers.
I recently moved from Souderton to Pennsburg, and in my last three visits to that Dunkin', my order has been messed up each time! The employees seem unhappy at work, which is not the kind of atmosphere I appreciate.
