Pru Thai - PENNINGTON

Pru Thai is consistently our favorite restaurant BYO. The Duck Tamarind is delicious from this world! The service is very friendly and attentive. During the pandemic, we leaned heavily on this place. We enjoy food in, it is best from the kitchen. Thanks for the delicious dinner!

The food is excellent and the staff is very pleasant. There is also a very cozy atmosphere. I have tried a lot of their courts and satisfied with many of them.

Great spot with plenty of vegan or veganizable options. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tofu Feast is one of our favorites. We often do Drunken Noodles minus the egg, which is great. Always has lots of good fresh vedge in the dishes. Can be made quite spicy or mild depending.

Menu has several veg and vegan options. Typical Thai dishes. Portions are generous. We had the veggie and tofu drunken noodles and red curry. Both were very good and there were a lot a vegetables. Price is reasonable.

I called the restaurant to ask about vegan options and was informed by the staff that all the food contains fish sauce, so there are no vegan dishes available. This is an update from my previous review on April 25, 2022.
