The Submarine - Pennington

Ordered a beef burger, but it was definitely not beef... Tasted like a mutton burger. Food very average otherwise

The food is amazing. We ordered fish fingers for the kids and were amazed that they made their own delicious version of the old children's favourite.Prawn, calamari, hake and chips all highly recommended. I'd go back there any chance I got.

Great food, great service. Nice and clean, with very friendly staff. Will recommend anyone to go here for a bit to eat.I had the fish wrap and my husband the chicken schnitzel. The food was fresh and devine.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but, it’s a perfect example of a coastal fish and chip restaurant.The food is excellent. Decent portions with great accompaniments and condiment selection.The calamari was superb. Succulent and tender. The hake was tender and the batter perfectly crispy.Our server was Sihle. Not the most talkative but perfectly attentive and friendly. He never left us unattended for too long.Prices are reasonable.Overall experience was wonderful and we’ll recommend to anyone passing by Pennington.
