La Table Cave Du Château - Pennautier

For me Pennautier Castle is one of the best restaurants around Carcassonne. But now I'm disappointed. We booked 31 the night for the New Year's meal. We all prepared to arrive in front of the restaurant at 8pm and found that they were closed. We found ourselves in front of the restaurant. Go eat late. Good luck. We ended up eating McDo. You have no idea of my anger! Inadmissible. The least is to inform customers. Anyway, disappointing.

12/2021 : Wine tasting of the range Terroirs d'altitude directed by Edwige. Discovery of the cellar and wines of the Languedoc Roussillon. Clear and technical explanations allowed us to fully understand Lorgeril's philosophy. Thank you Edwige and good wind for the theory

Come and visit the cellar. Excellent reception and very good tasting. I highly recommend!
